This week, I began to think about our first teachers…our mothers! As you know, Mother’s Day is next Sunday (May 8), and I want to pay tribute to my mom and all other moms who teach us daily...whether we realize it or not!
My mom’s strength and courage has always inspired me, not just because she is my mom, but because she is a caring, compassionate and a fair person. Don’t get me wrong! She was tough on us, and it taught us the discipline to be successful in life. My sisters and I are thankful that we have a mom who cared enough to set rules and boundaries for all of us, and, believe me, she made us stick to them!
This week’s blog is in honor and memory of our first teachers, our moms and grandmothers! Happy Mother’s Day to all of our moms!
Make it a great week!
