Dear Chester County School District Families, Staff and Partners,
This past Saturday, over 300 students earned their diploma from Chester County School District!
A team of families and educators supported these students from kindergarten to graduation. We know that our graduates are leaving us ready to for careers and/or college and the skills to be productive citizens in our communities and in the world! Congratulations to the Class of 2018!
As a system of schools serving almost 5,300 students, Chester County School District has accomplished another great year in 2017-2018. Starting with the Eclipse of 2017 in August to successful graduations in June, students continued to rise to the expectations set for them this year.
Thank you to our families, our staff, our community partners, business partners, and many others who helped our schools and the district make so many great things happen for our students.
Chester County School District will be working over the summer to prepare for a great 2018-19 school year. Our staff will be preparing classrooms, participating in trainings, and creating the conditions for student success. If your student is returning to us next year, we eagerly anticipate their arrival in August!
I hope you have the opportunity this summer to spend time with your family and loved ones and to get some rest! Please encourage your students to read over the summer!
It is a privilege to serve you, your child and this district.
